I purchased a pre-order copy of the Division II and it was not sent to my library after entering my credit card information and hitting OK to confirm payment I have received a message that said oops this page does not exist I thought it might be a error on my end so I tried twice and it did the same thing although there is no game in my game library my bank account shows two pending purchases one for $**.** and one for $**.** what’s the issue and How can we fix it
