I ordered food this afternoon from Laliguras in DC. The food told me it would arrive at *:** pm (after it was initially supposed to arrive at *:**). I waited outside at *:**, as it said the delivery man was approaching. Then my phone said the food had been delivered, despite the fact that no deliverer showed up and I did not get my food. The order now shows up as complete on the app, and I have been charged for the food, even though I did not get the food and never even heard from the delivery man. I would like a full refund at the very least, but seeing as I am still without lunch I would also like to have the food to make up for this extreme inconvenience and source of massive disorder in my day, because my whole schedule was planned around getting the food when I had ordered it, and as a result I did not get to eat lunch today.

GetHuman-juliajfi did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
