Twice in the past week and a half, I've ordered from a nearby spot, only about 2 miles away in LA. Despite the usual longer travel times in the area, the last two orders have taken over an hour, way beyond the estimated 15-25 minutes, for what should be a quick 5-minute drive. Disappointingly, both times the food arrived cold and unappetizing, and my recent order was even incorrect. Surprisingly, my roommate ordered from the same McDonald's after seeing my delayed delivery, and he received his meal in just 30 minutes. Initially, I wasn't planning to complain about the poor quality and tardiness, but after this second experience and the incorrect order, I feel compelled to request a refund. This situation has been quite frustrating.

I recently placed an order at the Ridge Crescent location for a 5-piece chicken meal, a cheeseburger happy meal, and a quarter pounder with cheese. The cheeseburger happy meal and the quarter pounder with cheese were missing the beef patty, which I mistakenly assumed was a condiment. However, it was confusing to me because I specifically ordered cheeseburgers. Furthermore, the order was also missing cheese, extra tomato sauce, and lettuce. I paid over 15 pounds for this order, but my daughter and I were left without our meals. I would appreciate some assistance with this matter. I am also planning to file a complaint regarding the option of removing the burger patty from cheeseburgers. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

Subject: Issue with Order Hello, I attempted to place an order for a veg burrito from Guzman today but decided not to proceed with the purchase due to high service and delivery fees. Instead, I opted for a toasted sandwich from a nearby cafe. Surprisingly, I received two burritos even though I didn't finalize the order by completing the checkout process or entering payment details. It's possible the payment information was taken from my Uber account, which I have since updated by removing the information. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter as I shouldn't be charged for items I didn't intentionally order. In most cases, an order should only be processed once it has been confirmed by the customer. Please let me know if you require any additional details from me. Thank you.

Good morning, my name is Alexander Ajan. I've been a long-time customer of Uber and Uber Eats. Today, I ordered a sandwich from Subway, utilizing my phone's location for the delivery. The delivery driver, Victorio, with the license plate HDNU81, claimed I entered the wrong address, although I solely relied on my phone's location. Upon contacting him, he displayed a poor attitude, advising me to seek resolution with Uber tech support. The interaction left me feeling mistreated, like a mere number to Uber, rather than the valued customer portrayed in their commercials and company ethos. As a result, I remain hungry at my workplace and am $15 out of pocket.

I placed an order on the Uber Eats app from Chicken Max last night around midnight. The delivery driver called me and requested that I come downstairs and leave my sleeping 3-year-old daughter alone, which I couldn't do. Despite explaining the situation, he was disrespectful and conversed rudely with someone else in the vehicle. After threatening to cancel my order, I reminded him of his job responsibilities and my history as a loyal Uber customer, but he abruptly hung up on me. This encounter left me deeply dissatisfied and reconsidering using Uber in the future. I kindly request a refund for this unpleasant experience.

I ordered Burger King tonight, and noticed the delivery time was set for 7:30pm. However, I didn't receive any notification when the order was supposed to be picked up. After checking at 7:25pm, it was delayed until 7:45pm due to a courier problem. Despite this delay, I wasn't informed of the issue, which I believe customers should be notified about promptly. As time passed, it got to be 8:05pm, so I decided to cancel the order. Unfortunately, when I spoke to Medick in a chat, I was informed that because I canceled the order and not UberEats directly, I wouldn't be refunded the $20 charge. I reached out to the restaurant, and they confirmed that the food hadn't even been prepared yet, making me question why I was charged at all.

I ordered Burger King tonight, and when I checked the delivery time, it originally said 7:30 pm. However, I didn't receive any notification about our order being picked up. When I checked again at 7:25, it had been delayed to 7:45 due to a courier issue. There was no notification informing me of this delay, so I kept checking. By 8:05 pm, the order still hadn't arrived, so I decided to cancel it. Unfortunately, when I contacted Medick in a chat, they informed me that because I canceled the order and not UberEats, I couldn't be refunded the $20 charge. It would be helpful if the company could notify customers when there is a courier issue to prevent this from happening again in the future.

I recently had an issue with an order that was placed incorrectly and without my full approval. I immediately cancelled it after noticing the error, but it seems the restaurant claims to have started preparing it, although it was cancelled promptly. As a result, I was still charged for the order. I am seeking a refund for the total amount as the order was mistakenly placed and cancelled right away. To whom it may concern, Please find the attached charges that were debited twice. I filed a dispute with my bank unknowingly, as my daughter used my credit card without my knowledge. After realizing this, I contacted my bank (ANZ). Unfortunately, the reimbursement was already processed. I quickly withdrew the dispute, and the charges were reapplied to my Visa account. However, now the charges have been debited again for the same transactions. I can provide my credit card statement as proof that the payments were made and then returned to my account, clearly indicating that the bills were settled. I have included my contact details below and am willing to provide any necessary information to resolve this matter. Although I previously sent an email with the charges, I used the wrong email address, and there was no option to attach documents. Thank you. 😊

I ordered a cheeseburger and a drink from Hooties Burger Bar using your app. They changed my delivery time five times, and it took one hour and 45 minutes to arrive. I tried to cancel, but it was too late because it was already bedtime. The meal was supposed to cost $23.67, but you charged me $28.67. It's frustrating to pay $30 for just one cheeseburger, especially when the delivery person came in the cold pouring rain. I need a refund, please. This whole situation is absurd, especially since I have to wake up at 4:30 am for work.

I made a purchase for $51.51 on 9/17/19. I wanted to reach out earlier, but my bank didn't have a correct contact number for you. Additionally, I was billed $39.88 for an order that was canceled. The bank's investigation claims the charge is valid, but if they had looked into it thoroughly, they would have seen it was for a canceled order. I kindly request a refund for the canceled order to show my bank their mistake. I can provide a screenshot of the bank charge if needed.

I ordered food from my husband's shop and requested a drink in the menu. Additionally, I wrote a note asking for bolognese to be prepared. Unfortuantly, the courier did not deliver to the door as instructed, and when I went downstairs, he was nowhere to be found. Upon returning home, I discovered that my order had been cancelled. Since I cannot drive to my husband's shop, I depended on Uber Eats for delivery. This courier was the first to not put in the effort to deliver to the door or wait for me to come downstairs.

I am unable to drive to my husband's shop, so I depended on Uber Eats to deliver my order. I ordered a drink and in the note, I requested a bolognese pasta for my husband to prepare since this is what we typically do when ordering from our shop. The courier driver, for the first time, refused to deliver to my door, asking me to come down. When I did, he was not where he had indicated, claiming to be in front of McDonald's. I am quite hungry and find it difficult to walk in this hot weather to the shop. I am truly disappointed by this experience.

I am experiencing an issue with my Uber Eats app as it is showing an outstanding amount of Rs. [redacted], preventing me from using Uber car service as well. I am puzzled by this outstanding amount as I have not used the service nor canceled any orders. If this matter persists, I may have to consider uninstalling both Uber Eats and Uber apps. Additionally, when attempting to open the Uber Eats app now, it is unresponsive, repeatedly asking for my email ID and stating it is already registered. This morning, I had placed an order with McDonald's that took an hour to be delivered. I am upset because I couldn't have my breakfast as I had to leave the house. The estimated delivery time kept getting extended by 20 minutes each time it was close, which was frustrating. I am requesting a refund and for a manager to reach out to me with an apology. Hello, I placed an order for delivery which was going smoothly until I received a notification that the order was canceled due to some issue with my details. Despite my details remaining the same since my last order, I had to re-enter them to place the same order again. Unfortunately, I ended up being charged twice even though I never received the initial delivery.

I purchased an e-gift card on Groupon for Uber Eats. Initially, I successfully applied it to my account, and it was visible in the promotions section. However, a few days later, when I wanted to use it for an order, it had vanished. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue by logging in and out, reinstalling the app, and reapplying the promotion, the $15 e-gift card remains unused.

I have previously contacted regarding this matter. I was informed that a refund would not be possible. The individual who responded mentioned ensuring accuracy before placing the order. It seems there was a misunderstanding as the order was correct but not received. I monitored the app for one and a half to two hours, but no driver picked it up. It is unfair to be charged for an undelivered order due to the driver's unavailability. Requesting a refund of $23.61.
