Why was i charged £*.** today? This was an unauthorised transaction which I was forced to pay before I could book a taxi to take me to the hospital. With no choice I had to pay it to get my taxi otherwise I would have missed my appointment. I hadn't ordered any other food or taxi which i had not already previously paid for. The £*.** charge today was unauthorised, i want a full explanation and refund. Nobody uses my account except me . This is an unacceptable way to treat customers.

GetHuman-leahjaip did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
