I ordered from Red Robin breakfast and I cancelled the order before the time in which I would be charged and the restaurant approved of purchase. I cancelled because I forgot to add an item to the order and I was told I wouldn’t be charged. However after I cancelled and reordered (less than ** seconds later) I emailed that I would be charged $** for the cancellation. **This is completely unfair because I cancelled in less than ** seconds before the order was being prepared and I reorder to the same exact restaurant in less than ** seconds after I added my new items. **I never really have any complaints about ubereats but this is ridiculous and if I’m unable to receive my full refund for my first cancellation, I will cease my use of this app altogether because this is insane.
