I ordered food and checked the app to see when I should pick it up. Next thing I know it says my food has been delivered* however I never got the food, nor was contacted by the driver. I then called the driver and he apologized for giving it to the wrong person. I was charged for food I didn’t eat let alone ever saw. The way this problem could be fixed is by refunding me the amount that I paid for since I never got my food.
GetHuman-yoslenis did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
