we had an order of **FE* at denver* Colorado. The restaurant “rice and kabob” didn’t give us one of the lamb over rice when we ordered two of them. And when I called first time, they admitted and asked me to call for ubereats’ help. Yet the second time I called they denied to admit the fact. Their tone were disrespectful and it feels like we, as a victim, is cheering them. They said that they didn’t have my order, when there’s only one restaurant matches their name near my house.
GetHuman-lilywenx did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
