I was given the wrong food item and because a the price of it wasn’t*on the restaurant menu I was told I was not able to be given an adjustment or credit. After have waited ** minutes for my food and the restaurant lying and telling me my food had ** minutes prior already left when on the app it says it was still being prepared! Then when I get off the phone with the restaurant my food is magically being delivered and on its way. So because there’s price on the menu you won’t be able to give me a price adjustment?! This is the most ridiculous **** I’ve heard so far from Uber and I’ve heard some ridiculous ****. I WAS GIVEN SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER AFTER WAITING FOR OVER ** MINUTES AND THE RESTAURANT LIED AND TELLS ME MY ORDER WAS ALREADY GONE WHEN IT WASNT. AND THE FOOD WAS COLD BY THE TIME IT GOT TO ME, BUT I CANT GET AN ADJUSTMENT* CREDIT?! I have pictures.
