I placed an order on Uber Eats today at 1:36 PM. It was supposed to arrive by 2:06 PM, but at 2:15 PM, it still hadn't shown up. When I checked on the app, it said the delivery had been made, even though I never received it. The driver had called me at 2:05 PM, claiming she was outside, but then marked it as delivered without actually delivering it. Uber Eats customer service later called me saying the driver was at my building, but she wasn't there. The driver called me at 2:45 PM, saying she was at the wrong address, [redacted] Cypress Creek, instead of [redacted] NW 60th St. in Fort Lauderdale. After a long wait, I got my food at 2:55 PM, but it was inedible, so I had to throw it away. I contacted Uber Eats for a refund but haven't made any progress. I am now considering calling the corporate office to escalate this issue.

I have been waiting for my food for twice as long as expected. The driver picked up my order 45 minutes ago but hasn't moved from the same spot for the last 30 minutes. The ETA has stayed at 3 minutes for half an hour. The driver isn't answering their phone. Contacting customer service took 15 minutes, only to reach a non-English speaker on a call with someone else. As a daily Uber user, this first experience with UberEats has been terrible. I'm unsure whether to wait for my food or order from a different app. Regardless, I refuse to pay for this poor service, lack of communication, and the failure to deliver food promptly, which is the main purpose of the app.

I recently ordered food from Subway. I was asked to make two payments totaling $16.16, which I did. After settling the payment, I placed my Subway order. Unfortunately, my Uber driver couldn't locate me, resulting in my order being canceled. I paid around $20 for the meal, but it was still canceled without any contact from the driver. I waited over 40 minutes for nothing. The money was deducted from my account, which is unfair. I would appreciate your assistance in refunding the amount. Thank you.

My order number is #BD83A. The delivery driver was late, and after I let her into my apartment complex, she called to ask for my apartment number. When she brought the food, she argued with me about not having the apartment number on the bill. She then sent me a text message using inappropriate language. Her name is Jessica driving a Honda Civic with plate number AAXX61. I am disappointed with the service I received and do not want her to deliver to me again. This experience ruined my dinner with my father, as I have a small child.

Hello, I'm reaching out for some guidance regarding a gift card issue I experienced on Amazon. I purchased a gift card via email, as I do not have a working phone and had to create a Google Voice account. During the ordering process with the Google Voice account, I was prompted to enter a card, which I did not possess since I was expecting to use the gift card. Unfortunately, I attempted to use my brother's card, and he had to take a picture using the app as I do not have a phone. However, when he tried to access the account, it displayed an unauthorized message, followed by disabling the account. I want to emphasize that I have not redeemed the gift card yet, and the credits should still be available on my account. I kindly ask for assistance as this gift card was given to me during a challenging financial period for food. Thank you for your help. Name: Chefren Gray Email: [redacted] Account Number: [redacted]

Subject: Discrepancy in Uber Eats Payment Hello, I have received the email regarding the technical payment issue on Uber Eats affecting orders from July 11 to July 16. However, after checking my account, I can confirm that all my orders are accurately reflected, and the charge of $23.25 does not pertain to me. If any incorrect charges occur, I will dispute them, but currently, I have not been impacted by this issue. Kindly refrain from charging my card until proper evidence confirming otherwise is provided. Thank you.

This was my first time ordering from McDonald's for delivery to our hotel room at The Residence Inn located at [redacted] Queensway Dr, Long Beach, CA [redacted]. After a text from the driver, Sophie, indicating they were outside, we had miscommunications about their location at the gate. Despite being ready to receive the delivery, the driver canceled the order, leaving me frustrated. I want to ensure that my card is not charged for this failed delivery. The property is well-known and easily accessible, and the instructions were clear. I was waiting at the front door based on the app's updates, while my wife remained in the suite. It's disappointing to have not received our food, especially late at night. It's important that this issue is addressed promptly.

I had a frustrating experience with the Uber driver who had difficulty speaking English. Even though I had provided specific directions in the app, he still went the wrong way. The Domino's Pizza delivery person even tried assisting him through my phone, but it was of no help. It took him 30 minutes to arrive, and when he finally did, he seemed reluctant to hand over my food. Initially, he gave me the milkshake instead of the food I ordered. When I insisted on my food, he claimed it was his food due to the delay. After some back and forth, I managed to get my order, but the whole ordeal was unprofessional and disappointing. I made it clear I wouldn't be giving a tip. This experience has left me contemplating whether to continue using Uber Eats at all. I am seeking a full refund for this unsatisfactory service.

I placed an order with Uber Eats using my work address by mistake. When I tried to cancel it, I was informed that I would be charged a fee, so I didn't proceed with the cancellation. I then followed the instructions to contact the driver after the order was picked up, first by message and then by phone. However, the number I was provided with was incorrect, leaving me unable to reach the driver. Instead of Uber Eats contacting me directly, a coworker called me and insisted I was at fault, despite the app instructing me to contact the driver. The coworker ultimately cancelled my order, informing me that I would need to place a new one, but couldn't confirm if I would be charged twice.

The driver took an excessively long time to deliver my food, even though the restaurant was only 2 minutes away. Despite several calls to let him know he was going the wrong way, he ignored most of them and even hung up once. It appeared he made a detour to Auborndale and parked for a few minutes. Upon arrival, I had to remind him to bring the food to the door, which was specified in my order. When I asked for this, he responded rudely, asking for the apartment number, also in the order. When I opened the food, it was cold due to the delay. Reheating a freshly ordered meal shouldn't be necessary. If there were issues, the driver should have informed me. I ask for a refund for this order.

I recently left a poor rating for my UberEats driver and provided feedback, but I am seeking a refund. While tracking the driver, I noticed a significant delay as his car was stationary near a park midway from the restaurant to my home. After attempting to contact him and receiving no response, his vehicle eventually resumed its journey towards our location. Upon delivery, I discovered the delay was due to him picking up his family, and he offered no explanation to my husband. Disappointed with the quality of the food, we discarded it after only a few bites as the tacos were soggy and cold. I believe personal stops during food deliveries go against UberEats' policies. Please contact me for more details; I am requesting a refund for this experience. Thank you.

Hello, I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction on my debit card associated with Uber Eats. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge and address the issue. I have never used Uber services before and do not have an Uber account. The charge in question was for $26.62 on July 28th, [redacted], and was made with the card ending in [redacted]. I am seeking details about the fraudulent transaction, such as the account holder's name, address, phone number, or a copy of the receipt. I am concerned that the individual behind this fraudulent activity may be using other false information and request that Uber take necessary action to prevent further misuse of their services. Thank you.

Last night at work, I placed an order on UberEats for McDonald's, adding my work number in the notes for directions. Due to the secure nature of my job, I don't have my cellphone, so I rely on my work phone. When I checked on my order, I discovered it was canceled, with UberEats blaming me and threatening fees for future cancellations. I couldn't have lunch due to the driver's inability to follow instructions. This recurring issue needs to be addressed by UberEats to avoid such situations. Please improve driver training to ensure better service. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] if necessary. -Michael

I purchased $59 worth of food through UberEats, received a notification indicating a 45-55 minute delivery time frame. However, an hour later, I was informed they were still looking for a driver. Then, approximately 20-25 minutes later, I received a message that my food could not be delivered. Subsequently, I had to personally retrieve the food, incurring an additional cost of $50 at the restaurant. My family and I are frequent UberEats customers, ordering 5-8 times a week. I am frustrated that despite anticipating an hour delivery time, we received late notifications and had to pay twice, waiting three days for the original $59 refund into my bank account.

I placed an order for food at around 2 am and patiently waited until 4:30 am when I was informed that the order had been canceled. After speaking with customer service over the phone, I was told that it was due to a lack of available drivers and basically I was out of luck. This experience was very disappointing for me. After working a long 14-hour shift, I was looking forward to my meal, only to have it canceled after waiting for 2 hours. It's frustrating that the unavailability of drivers wasn't communicated earlier, leaving me without food options as everything else was closed by that time. I recently switched from Grubhub to Uber Eats, but if this is the level of service provided, I might have to reconsider. It's disheartening to be left waiting for so long, only to be told that it's not the company's problem. Orders should not be processed if there are no drivers available to deliver them.

I placed an order for food at around 2 am and waited until 4:30 am when it was suddenly canceled. I contacted customer service, and they explained that it was due to a lack of drivers. They expressed that there was nothing they could do and suggested I try again later. As someone who had just completed a 14-hour workday, this was unacceptable. If there were no drivers in the area, it should have been communicated upfront rather than keeping me waiting for hours, only to end up without food. Now, with everything else closed, I'm left with no options for a meal. I recently switched from Grubhub to Uber Eats, but if this is the level of service provided, I'd rather tolerate Grubhub's delays but at least receive my order. The waiting time and then being told it's not their problem is highly frustrating, especially when orders shouldn't be processed if they can't fulfill them with drivers.

I recently placed an order at Wing Stop (Elizabeth) and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. Instead of receiving the 8 wings and 10 wings I ordered, I received two sets of 8 wings. This is quite disappointing considering the price difference. Furthermore, although the UberEats App stated the 10 wings would come with a large fry, I was given a regular fry. The restaurant mentioned they don't offer large fries for free with the 10-piece order, so this discrepancy should be addressed on the app to avoid confusion. To add to that, the fountain drinks that were supposed to come with both orders were missing. I have reached out to the restaurant, and they advised me to contact Uber directly to request a refund. I am seeking a full refund for the incorrect items received. Thank you.

Today I placed an order, and the driver contacted me for directions to my address. After I returned the call, the driver disconnected. When I called back, I provided directions. To my surprise, I received a notification from UberEats stating my order was canceled because I allegedly did not answer the return call from the driver, even though I never received it, resulting in no refund. I kindly request a refund or credit since the driver did not attempt to call me a second time before canceling my order. Despite the occasional navigation difficulties my address poses, I have always received my orders promptly. This experience with the driver is a first for me as a frequent UberEats customer.

I placed an order with McDonald's through UberEats on July 30th. My order included a 13-piece cookie tote, a double quarter pounder meal, an extra-large fries, and a 20-piece McNuggets. Unfortunately, my order was missing all the sauces I requested - BBQ sauce, hot mustard, and hot buffalo. Moreover, I didn't receive all the cookies I ordered. Instead of the 13 cookies, there were only two in the bag. This is really disappointing, especially since I paid for the full order and didn't receive it all. I believe the issue wasn't just an oversight but a deliberate choice not to include the items. I would like a refund for my order since the cookies were the main reason I placed it. Thank you.

On Monday, July 30th, I placed an order on UberEats for my local McDonald's, located just 10 minutes away. Even though I usually pick up my orders, the hot weather made me opt for delivery this time. We ordered over $60 worth of food for myself, my wife, and some friends. After waiting for an hour, which was longer than usual, the driver arrived. He was apologetic for the delay, explaining he had been caught up with other orders. Despite our eagerness to eat, the food was disappointingly cold and unappetizing. Regrettably, we had to discard the food as it was practically inedible.
