I placed an order for Subway on the UberEats app at approximately **:**pm. Order stated that it was in process but was never picked up. I called Subway and asked to cancel order at *:**pm. Person who answered the phone said the order was just picked up. I explained to her that by time I receive my food it will be cold and soggy. She replied order was already picked up and stated it was not her problem. As I asked for her name she stated again that order was picked up and she hung the phone up on me. *I would like some support on this situation.
