I have been and on boarding partner for almost * months. The dashboard on submitting my documents is asking for proof of insurance yet I keep submitting it in clear view. I have an iPhone X but yet the picture continues not to go through because “not focused” or “can’t read insurance”. I have took over *** pictures and submitted it and yet it still isn’t going through. I’m really anxious to be working and I really hope we can get this figured out, thank you for your time, please get back to me soon!
