So my order should have been delivered * hrs ago. My guests are sitting here waiting! Seems your first driver had a flat tire and said she was taking the food back end. I asked her to contact uber so another driver could be called. That never happened. I had to pick up my phone to SEE the order had been cancelled* So I just replaced the order (in order to get another driver! Why make the customer clean up the mishap? Final lo y, I asked your call center rep*supervisor for a promo code for a discount on a future order and she*they claimed that cant do it. HELP me understand this kind of customer service???
I trust that UberEATS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
