My name was put in the system wrong so therefore it's not matching my bank card information my ID and my bank card match but my social has my married last name because I still have not yet received my divorce decree so I've been unable to change my social then it has my first name as my middle name and my last name as my first name I need that fixed and I can't get in touch with anyone I'm ready to get on the road to start making money this delay is killing me on top of having problems activating my account and I also don't have the phone icon on the app either
GetHuman-nickollp did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
I went to the Uber location for the Greenlight hub and it was vacant nobody there the business wasn't in business I don't understand how I'm supposed to contact someone to resolve these issues and the locations aren't even up to par
