My Daughter ordered a pair of eye lashes from a company called Lash Dreams. The post office showed that the package had been delivered, we did not receive it. Spoke to supervisor @ post office, ** hrs later she contacted me, said the carrier says he put * packages in the mail box, but there was only one. She apologized and said that’s all she could do. My Daughter paid for this purchase with her own money $**.**. I would like to know what our options are at this point to compensate her for the loss. I am the only one with access to my mail box, and I know the package was not there with the other package. It’s not a big loss, but I am trying to teach my Daughter, if you go through the proper channels, you can be compensated for your lost item. $**.** is a loss to a ** yr old. Can you please help us solve this matter.
