Schedule redelivery for this package with yet another useless redelivery confirmation number for tomorrow, ** December ****. *I will not be standing outside for over * hours waiting for the carrier to show up and ask for my signature. Forecast calls for ***F in the morning to a high of ***F at **:**, and dropping to ***F by **:**.*Ridiculous for USPS to require me to stand outside waiting to sign for a package because the carrier thinks my alley entrance front door is too far away from the street.*Same issues since ****. What they don't realize:*This was especially frustrating because:*It's frustrating because it is allowed to continue and continue. No resolution has ever been made. Supervisors fail. Carriers don't care, or "are just doing what their supervisor tells them to do."**What you don't realize is I've said all this. I've written all of this. Many times. Nothing happens. Blah blah.
Delivery my package. A truck should be sent out immediately in the morning and bring it here first thing. If these plants are dead, it's Russel's fault, and USPS should compensate me. "Because a carrier didn't want to" is not an acceptable excuse for not delivering this package when it first arrived, while I was here at my home and on the phone with ***-ASK-USPS. I could have signed then.*It could have been signed for the next day when I met the carrier and she said she didn't have it. But it wasn't there. Fortunately I was able to give her my redelivery confirmation code. That didn't change the fact that she didn't have it. She knew about it, but she still thought it was better to leave it at the post office instead of deliver it.*And again today, no package. But again I do have the redelivery confirmation code.****Deliver my additional shipments now entering the country to my home by having a carrier knock on my door and ask for me to sign to receive them as the job requires them to do.
I've been a customer of USPS for about the same amount of time as I have been a citizen of the US. Give or take.*I'm a good customer because I am considerate of employees when they are working and I do what I can to make their experience more pleasant and enjoyable. After all, they have to be there, so I should be nice and maybe even share a smile if I see an opportunity.*I am in no way interested in being considered a good customer of USPS. I despise this business and I feel bad for people who have to work for it. If I did ever get the chance to have USPS interested in me being their customer because they wanted part of my business activity, I would gleefully decline. Not that USPS cares or is affected, but I do go out of my way to have alternate delivery companies bring my purchases to my home, often gladly paying more to them. UPS is **% accurate. FedEx is **%. And here I am at USPS. Again. *You make it nearly impossible to get help, and you don't accomplish anything in the end. But then you want me to give feedback on how I feel about my experience with ***-ASK-USPS...
Speaking with local post office supervisors. Multiple calls to them and to ASK-USPS.*Called Consumer Affairs this morning, waiting to hear back from them. We'll see how that goes.
