I have funds on my card but it keeps getting declined when I try to pay my water bill, get gas at the gas station. Even getting food at any store for my family the card is getting declined. I also have tried to get the money off the card from an ATM nothing works and I am so frustrated. I already had a difficult time getting the card anyway they sent it to an address not even listed on my unemployment application.

GetHuman-madicruz did not yet indicate what US Bank should do to make this right.
