Canceling One-Time Auto Payments With US Bank

You can cancel auto payments online or via the mobile app by doing the following:

  1. From your computer or phone, log into your online banking account.
  2. On the computer select "Bill Payments," and on the app select "Pay Bills & Transfer."
  3. Locate the merchant or vendor that is set as payee.
  4. Click "Autopay."
  5. Choose "Remove Autopay."
  6. Hit "Save" to cancel the auto payment.

Canceling Automatic Recurring Bill Payments With US Bank

If you have set up automatic bill payments, you can cancel them by doing the following:
