How Do I Order a New US Bank Debit Card?

This article discusses what you need to do if your US Bancorp (also known as US Bank) card has been lost or stolen. If your US Bancorp debit card has been stolen or lost then you need to cancel the card and order a new one. Read on to learn how.

Replacing Your Debit Card on a Desktop or Laptop

  1. Go to the US Bank website. (US Bank is the name of the banking arm of US Bancorp.)
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Select Customer Service from the navigation bar at the top.
  4. Select Self Service.
  5. Select Order a New Card under the the Debit Card & ATM Card header.
  6. Enter whatever details you are prompted to enter.
  7. Select Submit.

A confirmation screen should appear to tell you that your old card has been cancelled and a new one has been ordered.

Replacing Your Debit Card with the iPhone and Android Mobile App

  1. Go to the account dashboard.
  2. Select Menu.
  3. Select Manage Cards.
  4. Select the card you want to cancel and replace from the menu of cards.
  5. Select Order a New Card.
  6. Select your reason for canceling the old card and ordering a new one.
  7. Select Next.
  8. Enter whatever details you are prompted to enter.
  9. Choose either Standard Delivery or Expedited Delivery.
  10. Select Submit.

A confirmation screen should appear to tell you that your request has been processed.

Replacing Your Debit Card with a Mobile Phone Web Browser

  1. Open the Menu.
  2. Select Manage Cards & Accounts.
  3. Select Services & Alerts.
  4. Select Debit Cards.
  5. Select the card you want to replace.
  6. Select Order a New Card.
  7. Enter whatever details you are prompted to enter.
  8. Select Submit.

A confirmation page will appear telling you that the order has been submitted successfully.
