Unfortunately, we cannot directly help you track an Amazon return as it's not within our scope. However, if Amazon has provided you with a UPS tracking number, you can go to the UPS official website and enter your tracking number in the tracking option. It will then provide you with the current status and location of your package. Make sure you have the correct and complete UPS tracking number. If Amazon provided a different carrier’s tracking number, you should track your return through that specific carrier.

Sometimes, tracking updates may be delayed due to various reasons, such as issues in scanning the package at different checkpoints or inconsistent network availability. Don't worry though, if the shipper has already sent the package, it is most likely on its way to you. It might be that the status updates have not yet been reflected in the online tracking system. In the meantime, continue and try to regularly check the tracking status online, the updates should be made available as soon as possible.

Typically, UPS tracking information only provides details regarding the package location and estimated delivery time. The shipper's information is not usually disclosed. If you've received an email from UPS, it likely means that a package is headed your way, but the sender's information is usually kept private unless the sender decided to include their details in any email or tracking notifications. If you're unsure who the package is from, you may have to wait until it arrives to determine who sent it.

Sometimes, due to logistics and operations management, packages may not follow the most direct route to their final destination.
