change shipping charges from one account to another ... We shipped a package third party to be billed to *E*Y** and should have been billed to us at **V***. I would like to make necessary changes. Can you help? I've called customer service and billing and there are no prompts for my issue. I ask for an agent and I keep getting hung up on..
there are no prompts for my problem and I can not get a customer service representative on the phone. It just keeps asking me to pick from one of the prompts they have. Ex: do you want to make a payment, change information, request a refund, question a charge. When I chose one of them it and I gave all the information it asked for, they answers was either it couldn't understand the request and to try my request again and it brought me back to the beginning , or it just gave me the time and day package was going to be delivered. If I asked for customer service it kept asking for me to choose a prompt before they could get me one, then I would end up getting disconnected. This happened over and over again. And it also said I could resolve this on the website and it seems even this is taking a long time.
I would like to switch the charges and I would like to get a number in which we can get to the a customer service agent that can help to resolve it. I don't mind being on hold as long as I can speak with someone.We ship several packages per week and this does happen from time to time and we can't spend two hours each time it does to get it resolved
Many many years and we send out hundreds of packages a day.
I tried calling customer service, billing department, technical support and now I am trying on line. What should have taken ** minutes is now going on hour number two.
