I have a package coming via UPS and I can't be home during the days and times UPS makes deliveries. I'd like to pick it up at The UPS Store location a few blocks from my residence. I have the tracking number. I signed up for a My Choice account, but it won't allow me to use UPS's Change Delivery feature for this package.
GetHuman1340938 did not yet indicate what UPS should do to make this right.

I tried to call UPS about this issue and when that didn't work, I sent them an email and tried the gethuman.com website. I had just signed up for a My Choice account when this issue came up. UPS sends by U.S. Mail an activation code that new My Choice users must enter online within a set amount of time. This code permanently unlocks the Change Delivery feature. I entered the code and now my package will go to The UPS Store a few blocks from my residence so I can pick it up.
