After that you should be able to reset your password by checking your email for the account.

Last week, while changing my Twitter profile, I chose the wrong date which triggered a not-of-age lockout. I sent two photo ID's as proof that I'm not ** yrs. old* however, I covered my DOB and address, private information that needs to be protected. **I haven't heard from Twitter customer service, nor am I able to speak with someone via telephone since the prompts direct me back to the same info page. Are you able to help me resolve this matter? Thank you, I appreciate your assistance.
