I changed my birth year which meant I was under ** when I created my account * years ago so it was locked. That was * days ago and I have yet to hear any updates. I’ve tried tweeting at their @Support from another account and still no response.
This is frustrating not hearing anything from them. Every reply I have gotten is automated so it feels like my problem does not matter to them.
They could make this right by getting in contact with me and unlocking my account as soon as possible.
I’ve been using the app for nine years and have never been reported or suspended for any reason.
I’ve tried calling them, tweeting at them, and direct messaging them and still no answer from them.
I have an issue with Twitter too
How GetHuman-galloc fixed the problem
