Contact support so I can get my falsely suspended account(s) back. ... Hey GetHuman, I have a really bad situation here with Twitter and I know if i could get in contact with a real representative, my story would’ve been heard. I’m going to copy and paste the email I sent them, (which i’ve also been blocked from even sending reports*appeals.) If you guys could help me, this would mean literally the entire world to me and you would help save my career and my dreams. That sounds cheesy, but it means the universe to me. ** ****o Twitter,** My name is Jenna, I’m ** years old from Florida and my occupation is a live streamer on Twitch TV. I was also living off of my YouTube channel for some time too. Just to summarize it, my occupation is a social media “influencer” or a content creator. It’s how I measure my growth, my only form of social contact, it’s essentially my life. And I’m here because this is my second twitter that’s been suspended for wrongful reasons. ** To give you a little backstory, I made my first Twitter for my brand in ****. My brand’s name is known as ****nx or ****nxy. I started this when I was ** years old going on **. My entire channel and following was based around younger kids watching me rage on video games. I started making a lot of money and used it towards everyday life until I was making enough to live off it. The gaming community as a whole mainly resides on Twitter as it’s main social media platform. As you already probably know, that’s where majority of the gaming community is. ** I made my first twitter for ****nx in ****. I grew about * thousand followers before I was unexpectedly and randomly shut down in late ****. Never once during my entire time on this app have I ever received a strike, or violated TOS is any form that I was ever given a “warning” like your rules state. I was told I was suspended for a tweet I made in ****, saying “i’m gonna kill u” at one of my BOYFRIENDS at the time. In the context of this tweet I was CLEARLY not sending a real threat and was saying it in a very obvious joking matter. I figured it was a glitch in Twitters system to take down bad accounts. I tried over and over again to get in contact with somebody from Twitter support. I was told I was committing an “act of terrorism” and my account would be gone forever. This crushed my heart and with that, I drastically went down in my viewers. I was losing subscribers and money which is literally what I live off of. I was living my dream and then out of the blue shut down forever. I was extremely confused because in the rules it clearly states things about strikes and warnings. My twitter @****nxy WAS NEVER in violation of ANY TOS rules. I never in my life would threaten somebody, har*** another person, etc. I used my twitter for my brand, tweeting my streams out to my following, talking and interacting with my followers. That’s how I made all of my income. Every time I tweeted my stream out I would instantly have people coming to my stream. Majority of my views come from twitter links because it is the most active platform for my community and in my opinion Twitter is the best platform overall. When I was on here I almost completely stopped using other platforms. Twitter was where it all was. *** After so many tries of getting my appeal to go through and talk to a real support agent versus an automated computer, I gave up. I made a new Twitter, and for the last * months that’s what I used to tweet my streams out. You can even look through the tweets yourselves, I almost never tweeted other than tweets involving my stream. I knew to keep this twitter on a business level because I was scared of it happening again. I was more than lucky to have people promote my twitter again back to *.*k which was a decent amount for only using this to like tweets, and tweet my stream out. Every time I tweeted I got viewers from there again. Granted, it was not as much as my first twitter and I lost a LOT of income and revenue, but it was still enough to help my mom with bills. And enough to take trips to go to events with other creators as well. ** But here I am, waking up and my heart broken all over again and that i’ve lost my twitter. I can no longer contact anyone on this platform, I can no longer use this for tweeting out my streams, overall I’ve lost everything. And it literally breaks my heart because the first time this happened I hadn’t even broken the rules. I didn’t send a genuine real threat. It was in a joking context “i’m gonna kill you” NOT a real threat and the person I tweeted that at ALSO knows that. I’m very upset because I was NEVER given a warning of any kind. I never committed an act of terrorism and never would. My dad serves for the country. My grandparents served. I follow the laws and follow all rules because I take myself, and my brand very serious. * * I also have to add both times I’ve been suspended, it always told me my account would be locked. But both times they were suspended. I’m not sure if that’s a glitch on the systems end, I figured on the first time it was. Because I just found it really weird considering i’ve never once received a strike or warning. So both times I was getting my hopes up my account would come back and never did.** I just want to know what I can do and if there’s anything I can do to restore my account. Not even both of them, just one of them. I would take anything I could get at this point. I’ve lost everything. Twitter, I’ve respected and talked so highly of this platform and worked so hard. I looked forward to the day I got verified (if it ever happened) and I worked so so hard. I was shut down once, and didn’t give up. But I don’t have the energy to keep constantly making new accounts trying to contact people. ** I’ve always loved and respected this platform so much. I just want to know what I can do to restore these accounts. This is my business, my whole life. Never once on either account did I even argue with somebody in my tweets. I really just would like some kind of help with this issue. I was m*** reported and targeted to get taken down. I have never once violated the TOS or given a warning.
I just want my accounts or even one of them unsuspended.
I have never EVER violated TOS or would even think of sending genuine threats over the internet. It would put my brand in danger.
I’ve tried to contact a real representative but I’ve been hit with automated responses. I sent so many in attempt to reach a real human, and I was eventually blocked from sending appeals.
