Twitter brings me the world.
Tell me why I don't have service please and perhaps we can resolve whatever the issue is. All the "down right now" kinds of sites that I know abou tell me that your service is fine, and up, and running, but not on my screen. Please tell me what's going on. Also, I reied to call you but you seem to no longer provide telephone custome support* please update your site. Thank you.
