I filed my taxes through turbo tax and chose the turbo tax prepaid visa card for my refund to be deposited on to, well the issue I'm having is that my initial card was returned to turbo tax in which i wasn't aware of until Feb **th when I was able to locate a customer service number to call. During that call I was assisted with the processing of a new card. I did ask if I could change card information with a personal card of mine already in my possession and was told no. I stated my issue was the fact my refund was to be deposited to my card on feb **th in which I would not be able to access due to having no card, I was told to wait ** hours then call back and request an expedited card. I did call back the following day and requested an expedited card which I was told to hold while processing that request for a fee of $**.... Only to be told moments later that it had not been ** hours, due to the different time zones that I was completely unaware of it had only been ** hours, that I would need to call back in * hours to request the expedited card services. When I called back, I was on hold for nearly ** mins then disconnected, I called back and again was put on hold for about ** mins to only be disconnected once again, so for the *rd time I called back and was on hold for over an hour until I was disconnected for the final time. This is my first time using turbo tax and I am very disappointed with all this frustration this issue is giving me and no solution. My question & theory on this would be - can turbo tax give me my card information as far as the ** numbers on card, exp date & cvs number so I am able to activate my card and transfer some of funds to another account I have so I can pay my bills as scheduled. Because as of right now I could be waiting *-** business days for my new card to arrive which is unacceptable for me. Please help me resolve this issue.
