I was instructed by your office to contact the Tax Products Group to receive our federal refund. I have contacted them four times about the problem but without any progress. Given the substantial fee we paid you for filing our taxes, we expect your assistance. We require an immediate refund of these fees. We are eager to receive our federal refund promptly as it has been five months since we filed, and supposedly a check was sent on 4/27 but never reached us. I have asked TPG to stop payment on the check and issue a new one, but they keep saying they will email us a form to notarize and return. Despite numerous attempts, we never received this form. They are supposedly sending it again today, although I am not optimistic. We insist that you reimburse us for the fees we paid to you since we have not benefitted from your services.

I am unable to access my TurboTax account even though I have the correct user ID and password. When trying to verify my identity, I do not have access to the original phone number linked to my account. Despite multiple attempts to verify using a new phone number, the system fails to authenticate the provided codes. Additionally, I have submitted photos of my driver's license as requested, but after acceptance, it still prompts me to verify using the code or driver's license method, neither of which is successful. This situation is frustrating as I have the correct login information on hand. User ID: beamerlou1 Password: Timlfy[redacted]! Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I am attempting to file my taxes using TurboTax and Credit Karma Taxes to receive an advance refund. However, I am encountering an issue with finalizing the process. The email address associated with my account is [redacted], which would be correct if I hadn't lost access to it after dropping my phone in the pool and forgetting the password. I have a new phone with a different number and had to create a new email, [redacted], to continue using Google services until I can recover my old email account. I kindly request to update my email on my tax refund information so I can verify my identity and proceed with Credit Karma Taxes refund.

I submitted my [redacted] tax return in February. The IRS flagged an issue without specifying it and suggested I amend the return. I corrected the error and filed an amended return in April. The IRS attempted to withdraw funds from my account after receiving the amendment. Now, the IRS is asking for an additional thirty days. These problems stem from TurboTax mishandling my IRA conversion. The software's questions were unclear, resulting in errors on my returns. Furthermore, the cover sheet of the amended return assumed I had received an inflated refund from the initial return, leading to further complications. TurboTax's customer service is challenging to reach, especially as I am currently in Japan. I urge a TurboTax representative to contact me via email. If the IRS does not resolve this issue promptly, I will escalate it to a Congressional inquiry. I am frustrated by the delays in receiving my refund.

My desktop Turbotax Premier [redacted] (PC version) won't update. It's giving me errors. I downloaded the manual update patch and installed it. The software confirms the installation was successful and prompts me to relaunch Turbotax. However, when I attempt to reopen Turbotax, it doesn't allow me to bypass the "update" feature. Upon trying to update again, it fails and prompts me to install the manual update patch once more. I have restarted the computer three times, but Turbotax still won't launch. I am frustrated and seeking a human solution, not just an email response. It seems like there may be an issue with the patch.

I was almost done with my [redacted] federal taxes on TurboTax Online, but I hadn't started on my state taxes yet. I had logged into my progress page before without any issues. However, now when I sign in, it doesn't show my saved progress for [redacted]. I can log in, but I can only see my past returns, not the one I was working on. It won't allow me to start over either. Instead, it just shows packages to purchase, although I usually pay from my returns. Clicking on the "Start Free, Pay Later" button just leads me in circles, and I can't proceed past that page. I understand it's past the extension due date, but I had a medical emergency. I really need to access my saved progress to file as soon as possible. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I need to update my direct deposit information for my taxes. In [redacted], my taxes were affected by identity theft or fraud, and I had to visit the local IRS office to resolve the issue. The IRS has filed a claim to address the problem, and they advised me to contact TurboTax to update my new direct deposit details since they have changed in the last three years.

I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my account on TurboTax due to forgetting my password. Despite providing all other correct information, the system continues to reject my attempts to reset the password. This has led me into a frustrating loop where the site claims the password is incorrect, prompts me to change it, insists that an account already exists, and then repeats the process. I have tried multiple verification codes to no avail, encountering messages stating my ID does not exist or is already in use. After being a loyal TurboTax user for over 12 years, I am extremely disappointed with this experience and am considering switching software. My main goal is simply to reset my password and access the site functionality, but unfortunately, I am currently unable to even send this message due to issues with my email. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
