I'm contacting concerning my refund that was filed electronic on TurboTax. I'm having to deal with a issue due to my account and routing number with the bank. Well my bank moved to a metropolitan bank. And closed out my old card account i choose to have direct deposit for my fund's to come on the card I have now. The bank representative told me that a new card and account was issued for me to receive in the mail by ups. They said fund's would be return back to the irs and take *-* business day's to get back to them. I'm not understanding why my funds can't get transferred over into the new card coming in the mail after I activate it. I'm not able to trace my account and routing number to see where my fund's are at. The bank want tell me anything. Is their anyway I can have my new card account updated for direct deposit for the fund's to be on it? I'm just wondering how TurboTax manage to get the fee money that was deducted from my tax money. I'm highly upset. And would like to speak to someone immediately!
