My device has been deauthorized and I am unable to authorize it again. I am the owner of a family plan. I cannot play any music offline anymore. However everything was fine for all the other members of the family plan.
GetHuman-shayonra did not yet indicate what Tidal should do to make this right.
How GetHuman-shayonra fixed the problem
