How Do I Get a Refund from Tidal?

If you purchased a Tidal subscription and want to cancel it and get a refund, you will only be able to do so if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Even then, the only way that you can get a refund is if you make the request within 14 days of purchase, and only if you have not streamed or downloaded anything. The fastest way to get a refund is to submit a refund request online. Just follow this procedure:

  1. Take a screen shot of your billing statement that shows the charge you want a refund for.
  2. Go to Tidal's home page.
  3. Click on the Log In link in the top right corner.
  4. Log in to your account.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  6. Click on the Get Support link.
  7. Click on the Submit a Request button.
  8. Enter the email address associated with your Tidal account on the upper line.
  9. Enter your login below it.
  10. Enter the word "Refund" on the Subject line.
  11. Select your language from the language drop down menu.
  12. Select your country from the country drop down menu.
  13. Write a description of why you want a refund in the Tell Us More text field. Be sure to explain why you think you are entitled to the refund.
  14. Enter your Device Operating System on the line below that.
  15. Attach the screenshot you took in Step 1 using the tool at the bottom of the screen.
  16. Click on the Submit button.

Tidal should make its decision about whether or not to issue your refund in a few days, and the credit issued to your credit or debit card 7 to 10 days after that.

If you need any additional help, contact Tidal's help desk.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Tidal Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
