When i am trying to log in with my facebook account, it says: "App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated." How do i fix this??

This issue typically indicates that the Facebook app associated with Tidal is currently inactive. Unfortunately, this means that you will need to wait until the app is reactivated by the developer. In the meantime, you can log in using your Tidal username and password if you have created an account with those credentials.

Bonjour Je veux changer d'abonnement pour avoir l'extension dj mais je n'y arrive pas car je ne veux pas perdre mes playlits

Pour changer d'abonnement tout en conservant vos playlists, vous pouvez procéder à la mise à niveau directement dans l'application ou sur le site Tidal. Les playlists et la bibliothèque de musique sont généralement associées à votre compte, et le passage à un nouvel abonnement ne doit pas les supprimer. Assurez-vous simplement d'être connecté au bon compte avant de faire le changement.

Upgraded to family plan but family can’t play music

Apologies for the inconvenience. If your family members are having trouble playing music on Tidal, ensure they've been properly added to your Family plan. Each member needs their own Tidal account and you must invite them via email through your Tidal account settings. They need to accept the invitation to join the Family Plan through their own account. If you have completed these steps and the issue persists, make sure each user is logged into their respective Tidal accounts, not the main account. If the problem still is not resolved, it may be best for all members to log out, then log back in again.
