Hello, I attempted to cancel a 3-month trial subscription to Tidal music but I am unsure of how I initially signed up for it. I think I signed up directly on their website. I have checked my Apple iTunes and App Store accounts, but I cannot find any subscription there. The account on the app is logged in as [redacted], and I am not familiar with that email. I recently tried unsuccessfully to update my credit card information for my Tidal subscription. Despite my efforts, I ended up having to create a new account to update the payment details. Unfortunately, after switching to the new Tidal app, I lost all my favorite music in my library. I attempted to reach out to customer service, but only received email responses with no useful solutions. I have not used the app in two months, yet it continues to charge my account which is currently empty. This has resulted in $35 overdraft fees, and it happened again today! The same issue occurred previously causing me financial strain as I am unable to cover these charges. I have three kids and cannot afford these unexpected fees, especially for a service I am not using. I would appreciate a refund for the past two months that I have been wrongly charged. I have a verified student subscription for Hi-Fi service at $9.99 per month. The issue concerns the absence of specific (live) video content on Tidal that cannot be found on other platforms like Youtube.
Furthermore, I used Soundiiz to transfer playlists from Spotify, but now I am unable to favorite individual tracks. While I can save albums and videos, favoriting songs has become impossible.
As a dedicated Tidal hi-fi subscriber for years, I chose Tidal over Spotify to avoid limitations on favoriting tracks. I am seeking assistance to either remove the cap on saved tracks in Tidal or reverse/remove the imported Spotify playlists, preferably the latter.

I am currently unable to access my account. Clicking on my desktop icon prompts me to sign up for a membership, despite being a member for nearly 2 years. Approximately 6 months ago, I upgraded to a high-fidelity account for $19.98 per month. I have successfully set up my account on the website and can log in through a browser. However, I am experiencing difficulty logging in on the Pixel phone app. After registering on the web, I downloaded the app from Google Play, entered my email and password, but the app keeps looping back to the "login or sign in" page without granting access. This issue has persisted since my setup on 12/1, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the problem remains. Unlike other apps on my new Pixel 7 Pro, this one, TIDL, seems to be malfunctioning. I urgently need to log in through the app to start listening to music as soon as possible.

I am experiencing ongoing charges despite canceling my supposed subscription with Tidal. Originally, I did not intentionally sign up for this service. Although I was told the November 2 charge could not be refunded, the subscription would be terminated. Surprisingly, on November 28, another charge appeared, likely for December. Hello, I have several Tidal accounts dating back to [redacted]. It's a bit complicated, but since I need to DJ in the upcoming days, I must address this now. I use Tidal on my Mac iOS with Djay Pro AI on three accounts. After the recent Mac update to 16.3, I got locked out of my Tidal accounts. Additionally, one of my long-standing Djay Pro AI accounts won't accept my password change, displaying a red message that passwords don't match. I also have a family subscription with four unused spots. Ideally, I want to get one of my older subscriptions working on Djay Pro AI. My username is my phone number, and currently, Tidal works on my phone and one iPad but not with the DJ software. This is time-sensitive, and I would appreciate assistance over the phone. I have been continuously charged for a TIDAL membership for more than nine months, despite never utilizing the service.
