I never received my tickets from Groupon for March *th. * days after the order i saw on the app * tickets that said processing and on the day of it was still processing I got no tickets and now it’s saying expired which I do no it’s expired because Jazz in the garden is over. Can you please tell me what to do to get my $*** for tickets I never got this was my first time using Groupon and they were the one who told me to contact you. Please Help Me.
