On Monday October *, ****, I tried to buy Disney on Ice tickets for Oct **, **** in Tucson, Arizona. Your website kicked me out before I could buy the tickets. I went back into buy the tickets and inadvertently bought tickets for *PM on October **, ****. I have both of the confirmation numbers. I have been calling your toll free number *-***-***-**** since Monday to request a refund. I have sent past emails and I do not hear anything from you. I am requesting a refund for the tickets for October **, **** *PM. Confirmation number **-******ARZ. I have waited on hold for up to ** minutes and today your number just disconnected me and told me to call back. Please refund my money for the above confirmation number.
