I sent an email earlier this morning at *:** am in regards to a question and an issue I have with my order *****-****-****-****-* and I have a confirmation from Ticketmaster that they have received my email and that someone will get a hold of me in ** hours. That window has been over ** hours and I have not received a return email or a return phone call from Ticketmaster. Please respond for the concert is tomorrow and these tickets are for my daughter as a birthday present! You can call me at***.***.**** during lunch hour if **:** am-**:** am cst or you can call me after work at *:** pm cst or you can email me at: *****@***.com
GetHuman-hotm did not yet indicate what Ticketmaster should do to make this right.
