I ordered an activation kit on April *. I received a Confirmation*thank you email. The next day on the *th I received an email informing me that my kit would be shipped in a matter of days. It is now the **th and I have not received my activation kit. There were messages on my account reminding me to activate my sim but when I click on it, I’m referred to the “buy a sim” page. Is there a way to actually speak to someone? I need to get this taken care of.

Text now has live customer support accessible through Facebook. I contacted them and within a few hours we had everything worked out and they have re-ordered my shipment.
