Finding your Conversation History on the TextNow Website
To see your TextNow conversation history of calls and texts on the website, you must follow these easy steps.
- Visit the TextNow website
- Log into your TextNow account
- Once on the homepage, you will see all of the previous calls and texts you have made and received from the order of newest to oldest on the left side of the screen.
Previous calls and texts on Textnow will be in the same location on the TextNow website. For example, if you have received both calls and texts from someone, both the call notifications and texts will be in the thread of the conversation you had with that person. If you have deleted text messages or call information from the conversation's history, you will no longer be able to find those messages or calls.
Finding your Conversation History on the TextNow Mobile App
iOS TextNow App
- Visit the TextNow iOS app
- Log into your TextNow account
- When first visiting the TextNow app you will automatically be taken to your conversations history that you may scroll through
- If not on the conversation's history already, tap the three-lined symbol in the upper-left corner of the iOS app.
- This will open the mobile app menu, tap the 'Conversations' menu option in this menu
- You may also use the search function in the conversations page to find the people or phone numbers faster than scrolling.
Andriod TextNow App
- Visit the Textnow Andriod app
- Log into your TextNow account
- When you visit the TextNow Andriod app, your call history and text history will all be in the same spot with that individual number in the 'Conversations' tab
- Click the symbol in the upper-left corner to open your TextNow mobile app menu and tap 'Conversations.'
If you have followed these steps, you should be able to access every text and call made from your TextNow account if you have not deleted any history.
