TextNow notifications not being stored in Action Center

Hello! I use the TextNow app on Windows **. When I get a call or text, a notification appears for about five seconds. After this, the notification disappears, not being stored in the Action Center. This means that if I'm texted and don't hear the sound, I won't know unless I manually open the app.**Can TextNow notifications be stored in the Action Center for longer than five seconds? If so, how? Thanks!
If I get a text or call and don't hear anything, there isn't any way for me to find out unless I happen to manually check the app.
TextNow's notifications should be stored in the Action Center in such a way that no notifications should disappear within five seconds.
I went to Windows * Settings * System * Notifications & actions. From here, I went to the TextNow app and made sure "Show notifications in action center" was checked. I even switched the priority to "High." However, while the notification "appears" in the Action Center, it disappears after a few seconds.
