I have tried to cancel my account for the last five months. $29.99 has been deducted from my account, and I've not been using the phone due to poor coverage without internet. I recently lost access to my TextNow phone number, [redacted], and was given a new number, [redacted]. I was told this change occurred because my old number had not been used, which is inaccurate as I use it daily. I have since switched to a new number, [redacted], but I am requesting to have my original number, [redacted], reinstated. Many of my important contacts have this number, and it would be inconvenient to update them all.
I have reached out via email to [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] regarding this issue but have not received a response. Unfortunately, one of my emails contained an accidental attachment of personal images. I would appreciate it if this could be disregarded.

I am attempting to transfer my number from one service to another, not TextNow. I am encountering challenges with Straight Talk as they seem unable to effectively communicate with their customers or other carriers. Previously, I reached out to TextNow's porting department, and they made an exception to release my number, which is significant to me. I provided my carrier, Straight Talk, with my account details as requested by TextNow. Unfortunately, Straight Talk is struggling to fulfill their obligations by contacting TextNow as agreed upon before I initiated the number porting process and made the payment.

My spouse cheated on me with his email administrator, causing me to change emails frequently before understanding the situation. Initially, I used [redacted] or [redacted], possibly even yahoo, with username amycollum2000. After setting up imap and linking our accounts, she gained access to many of my subsequent emails. While attempting to recover my TextNow App, I deleted those accounts, not realizing I would lose access. I then created a new email, [redacted], to be left undisturbed, but it seems to be tampered with now. I cannot access it, as I no longer have the associated phone number. If possible, please send any relevant information from [redacted] to my new email, [redacted] I sincerely appreciate your assistance as I navigate this challenging situation caused by him and that woman. I recently purchased an iPhone 6s and requested to keep my old number, but upon receiving it, I found that it was associated with a different number. Additionally, the phone indicated Sprint as the network provider. I have been using Hughes WiFi for 10 years, but the phone wouldn't connect to it.
