On Nov ** ****, I signed up for TextNow's unlimited plan with no payment till January, **** & purchased a new HTC BOLT phone. The phone started acting up within * weeks. It would shut itself off for no reason. When I would restart it, all I would get is a black screen until I would press the power & volume down buttons, which would bring the screen back up. That started happening more frequently untill finally the screen wouldn't come on at all. Going through Google looking for a fix, which I tried all of them with no success. I discovered that the Bolt has been plaqued with this issue since inception. *I just want the phone repaired, or replaced, which I believe, is going to be the only solution.

GetHuman-djnettke did not yet indicate what TextNow should do to make this right.
