Your web payment site is a disaster. I have had to change my security questions three times to make my last three payments. (I have it all written down!) I don't like putting my SS in each time either. Your old system wasn't perfect but worked much betterl!!!!! My payment is late because I could not get in days ago. I've also had the FLU! and don't need the aggravation. *Additionally, on my last visit I waited for ** minutes while someone turned in countless coupons. Meanwhile, two "floor people" had a NICE VISIT with each other * feet away. You put in checkout registers, but only TWO were open the FIRST week of the year! I don't use self check out unless I have one item. *YOU SURE SEEM TO BE RESISTANT TO PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO PAY YOU.
