The issue in GetHuman-jifinest's own words
We went to the Target in Greenbelt *Maryland to purchase a Consumer Cellular phone. There was one technician there already with a customer. So after waiting about twenty minutes we asked if we could have chairs to wait and when the technician called for some chairs we were told to go wait in the Starbucks or get our own chairs. Now that is not good customer relations. First of all the Electronic Department needs more than one person handling customers. When the others that should be working sees there is a backlog they should come assist, and when they are asked to assist they should be taught the proper etiquette to respond. When I asked for the manager she reluctantly showed up **-** minutes later and said it was not the store's policy to provide chairs for the customers. To which I replied there should not have to be a policy to provide senior citizens with a chair when you know it is a lengthy process purchasing and having a phone transferred for a Consumer Cellular phone. We should not be made to feel like we are a bother because we choose to frequent your store with our business. I am offended and very much upset and while this may not seem like a big deal for the company, this type service will have me and others like me who receive shoddy services taking our business elsewhere. The technician was wonderful and very accommodating and greatly appreciated for working with us the way she did.
