I was trying to send back the damaged trash and get all of the items replaced. ... I ordered * things from target and two makeup pallets weren’t wrapped. They broke in transit and there is glittery*dark eyeshadow all over my other products. It’s a mess and I’m not opening up the rest of the items covered in makeup! I would like to send these items back and have everything replaced because I still want the items I initially ordered. *I contacted a customer agent a few days ago regarding this. He was rude and didn’t seem to understand my plight but he finally said he’d send me a shipping label in my email although he never did so. I am so angry with your company’s services. This should’ve never happened in the first place. Makeup should be properly wrapped when shipping to someone’s home otherwise it will easily break causing a mess. I can take pictures of the inside of the Target box and you’d understand why I don’t want to sift through broken makeup residue that is left on the other products plastic wrapping. It even got on the clothes I was wearing until I figured out what had taken place. I hope your company rectifies this situation. My order* is *************. The agent didn’t speak English very well and evidently didn’t understand my plight. The customer agent thought this debacle was over * broken eyeshadow pallets that needed returned and not the mess that was made on the other items* including myself who wondered why my items were coverned in “dirt”. It was eyeshadow and what a mess!!!
I want to return the items and have them replace everything and send it back to me in a proper manner. Everything wrapped!!!
I’ve shopped with target prior to this incident but expected more from them.
I tried contacting a daft customer agent who didn’t understand my plight. I was told I’d get a shipping label in my email but never did.
