Order number ************* a gift card was texted to an old phone number of mine. I had updated my phone with you a while back and for some reason you still have my old inactive number. The correct number is **********. I have been trying to correct this since the day I purchased the gift card. First I was told I needed to call back next day. So I did now I have been transferred and hung up on for the past * hours. I would just like the card that was sent to the incorrect number cancelled and a new one sent to my correct number **********. I don’t understand why this is so difficult and why it’s seemingly impossible to correct. Now it seems that you are saying someone will contact me tomorrow. That is not acceptable to me. How am I suppose to trust that I’ll get a call or even resolution when I have been transferred and hung up on.
