Help with my Target.com issue

I placed an order ************** and was sent and e-mail saying I would get my Item sent to the store by ****. On **** Target.com said it now would be there between **** - **** .. I tried your chat for support and they where horrible. With out even looking up anything the person said that my item could not be there on that date and would only cut and paste your policy on your average time frame. but again I have and e-mail.. So I called your help * and spoke to the most helpful person who helped me out and yes it was support to be there on the **th but was delayed by the hurricane. Not always the answer you want but no one can control the weather.. If there is any way you can find out who I spoke to.. You should have them train the person I dealt with in you help chat. cuz they are horable
GetHuman-jcswift did not yet indicate what Target.com should do to make this right.

call *-***-***-**** explained to them what was going on. It took a few minutes but I got my answer
