I ordered a pair of tall boots for my daughter to be picked up in store in sept.. after finally checking to see why we hadn't been updated for pickup, I checked online only to find they had been mysteriously cancelled?**On nov ** I ordered * new pairs of boots for pick up. One was in stock, the other in stock online. I went in next day to pick up the black pair. After several weeks I decided to check online for status of brown boots only to find that they too had been cancelled without notice?!! I clicked her size and the ship it order now window came up so i KNOW they are available. Furthermore I checked our bank account and we were never credited for the second pair which we WERE debited for. I just want her boots, please fix this mess.
