Hello,**Today I placed an on line order,*************, and when I arrived to pick it up, I noticed I was given an incorrect item. I had ordered * bags of pop chip nutter puffs but was given cheddar cheese instead. I pointed this out to the staff before leaving and was told “ you can go to the back and get the correct ones” to which I declined.. the whole purpose of me ordering on line for pick up is time constraint.. I was heading into work. When I declined, they offered to go back to find them.. I was finally told “ we don’t have them”.. if you don’t have them in stock for pick up, why were they on line stating so? I might add, this was the *nd time I was given the wrong item.. the first was on Monday, order *************. So for * days the item is available according to your website , yet I was unable to get it either day.. Monday I was given cheddar as well but did not realize it until I got home.**I think it’s poor service to show an item for sale yet be told “we don’t have it”. Might I mention I was offered the option “to cancel this whole order and rebuy it” .. when I asked them to take the wrong items off, they took * completely different items instead of the pop chips. At this point I have no time to wait for a manager to correct their mix up, yet was expected to wait for this to happen. I simply told them to cancel everything and not charge me.***I will not be using your service again as target broke my heart today.**Lori Steele
