I’m writing re: Order *********. On July **, I ordered * tickets to see Hello, Dolly! in Miami tonight (Nov. **). I paid more than $*** per ticket despite face value being $**.**. I was told the tickets would arrive by Nov. **. Last week I received an email from StubHub saying the tickets would not be mailed. I’d instead have to pick them up at Will Call. I immediately replied to StubHub via live chat and gave the rep the name under which I’d be picking up the tickets. Feeling this this was all a little sketchy, I arrived at the theater an hour early tonight. When I got to Will Call, there were no tickets in my name. Understanding that StubHub is *rd party, I knew this was not the fault of the theater. After I showed my order info and seat location to the Will Call rep, he spoke with his box office manager. Eventually, they must have felt sorry for a guy who paid * times face value to take his wife and daughter to a show and had gotten screwed by a crooked seller. Fortunately, I was eventually able to talk my way into them printing the tickets for me. It was a huge pain. I only got into the show because the people at the theater were kind enough to take my word for what had happened and probably take pity on a guy who knowingly overpaid because he wanted decent seats to see a show with his family. I have never before had a problem with tickets purchased via StubHub. Knowing about your Fan Protect guarantee, I wanted to reach out. There’s probably nothing you’re going to do for me, but—if nothing else—you ought to consider banning the seller of this order from StubHub. Thanks. I look forward to your repsponse. **Glenn Geffner
