Last night, I attended a Janet Jackson concert and faced issues downloading my ticket to my phone. After struggling for an hour, Mohegan Sun kindly allowed me entry. When I called today to inquire about the problem, the representative Doug was unhelpful. I have a decade of experience in customer service, and his attitude was confrontational and unacceptable. When I requested a supervisor, Doug was dismissive, claiming they couldn't assist me. Alonso, whom I spoke to later, was slightly more understanding but still failed to provide a clear explanation. My interaction with Stub Hub was extremely disappointing. Even my coworker, who had recommended them, now regrets it after purchasing tickets for two upcoming events. I had intended on using Stub Hub again, but after this experience, I will not be doing so.

I bought a ticket for the Barcelona vs. Sevilla match for my father who is traveling to Barcelona on Monday. He doesn't have an email, so I got it through StubHub. We were charged but the ticket is not ready to download yet. I contacted StubHub twice and left a message on their Facebook page, but haven't received a response. I'm worried because he leaves soon and won't be able to print it on vacation. My friend recommended StubHub, but seeing negative reviews has made me anxious. Please reach out to me soon. Thank you.

Hello, I am frustrated with how this situation has been handled. Please refer to my account notes for order #[redacted]44 for details. After the poor service, I am unlikely to use StubHub again. I sold one ACL ticket and had two others stolen. StubHub said they could provide the barcode from the sold wristband to avoid deactivating all three. I've been in contact for a week and received conflicting information from different representatives. Despite promises for updates and calls back, I haven't received any. If I don't have the barcode by 3 pm tomorrow, the buyer's wristband will be deactivated. I can't dedicate more time to this with medical school exams. I expect a call from a manager tomorrow to resolve this. I refuse a fee for an invalid ticket due to the lack of barcode. The miscommunication and lack of follow-through are frustrating. Please call me in the morning.

Subject: Issue with Ticket Order #[redacted]13 Hello, I recently received wristbands labeled as VIP but did not receive any actual tickets. After reaching out to the venue to inquire about using the wristbands, I learned that traditional printed tickets are required for entry, as the wristbands lack barcodes or seat information. The venue explained that these wristbands are supplemental to printed box seat tickets for season ticket holders. Unfortunately, without the necessary tickets, the wristbands are unusable for entry. I would appreciate a refund for this purchase moving forward. Best regards, G. Carter

I attempted to buy tickets for an upcoming New York Jets game for $[redacted], but the price increased to $[redacted] at checkout due to an additional fee. Feeling misled, I contacted Customer Service. Despite their explanation about estimated fees not being displayed, I was dissatisfied. Speaking with Ryan M, a customer service supervisor, did not resolve the issue. I expressed my desire to pay the originally quoted price to align with my friends' plans. After receiving a $16 discount offer, I requested a total of $[redacted]. However, the offer stood, leading me to explore alternatives. Eventually, I purchased the same tickets on Ticketmaster for $[redacted], including fees. This experience prompted me to share my disappointment with Stub Hub's pricing transparency and service.

I received two wristbands from the seller, one of which was deactivated. To avoid any issues, I registered one online before heading to the festival. Unfortunately, during my Lyft ride to the event, I realized one of the wristbands was missing, likely dropped as I rushed down the stairs to the car. Upon reaching ACL, I was unable to enter because the remaining wristband was the deactivated one. Registering it under my name didn't suffice without the seller's information. It seems the missing wristband may have been stolen, similar to a previous incident with my ticket. The situation is frustrating as the wristband was costly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email from StubHub concerning the cancellation of the Iowa State Football game on 9/1/[redacted] against South Dakota State. StubHub informed me that original tickets for the September 1st game will not be valid for December 1st, and that Iowa State would issue new tickets. However, the Iowa State Athletic Department indicated that if I still have my tickets for the September 1st game, I can use them for the rescheduled game on December 1st with the University of Incarnate Word. They mentioned that the barcodes on the South Dakota State tickets have been reactivated for the December 1st game. I had recently been charged on my credit card for the ticket sale amount. I am unsure whether I need to resell the tickets now. It would have been helpful if StubHub had verified the information before charging me for the ticket sale amount. - Steve Wright, Order #[redacted]82

I purchased Ozzy Osbourne tickets for Shoreline Amphitheatre originally scheduled for October 6, then rescheduled multiple times to October 16, then October 20, and now to [redacted]. This situation is unacceptable. I traveled from out of town, booked a hotel, took time off work, and incurred additional expenses. I did not intend to buy tickets for [redacted]; I wanted to attend the concert this month. Waiting a year to refund these tickets is not feasible for me. I simply want a refund. As a single mother, I bought these tickets to reward my son for his straight A's, and I also purchased Metallica tickets through your company. I cannot afford to lose $[redacted].00. I paid $[redacted].00 for Metallica tickets, and now I request a refund for the Ozzy Osbourne tickets. Please assist me. Thank you. - K. A.

I have noticed a problem with the "Picking by section" feature on both Chrome browser and the mobile app. When trying to access specific sections like the Bears vs. New England Patriots game and selecting a section, the tickets for that particular section do not appear. This issue is crucial for buying or selling tickets in desired sections. It is vital to address this software glitch promptly to prevent losing revenue due to customers being unable to view tickets in premium areas.

Dear Stub Hub Management, I would like to address the poor service I encountered while purchasing tickets and speaking with a customer service representative on October 12, [redacted]. I made a purchase on September 21, [redacted], for 4 tickets at Upper [redacted] Row 7, Seats 17-20, for a December 1st event at the Barclay Center. I believed these seats were secured after my payment. However, on October 11, [redacted], I was informed that the tickets were no longer available. Offered an alternative location at Upper [redacted] Row 4, I found these seats inferior to my initial purchase due to the different angle to the stage. When speaking with Denine H. from customer service, she was unsympathetic and only provided two options: credit for another event or accept the suggested seats. I was disappointed by the lack of customer care and limited solutions. Please consider my request for 4 seats in a section of equal or better quality than my original order. This experience has been distressing, especially considering its impact on my business during this hectic period. Thank you, Lauren A. Granger

I purchased a general admission ticket for the System of a Down concert in San Diego through Stubhub seven months ago. Initially, I had trouble accessing the ticket, but after contacting customer service, a woman sent me a PDF of the ticket, albeit signed with a different name which made me a bit uneasy. Eventually, I was able to download the ticket as well. However, when I arrived at the concert, my ticket was "cancelled," causing me to miss out on the event as I was redirected to purchase a different ticket at the back of the stadium for a higher price. I am disappointed and frustrated by this experience and I am seeking a full refund for the invalid ticket I purchased through Stubhub.

I attempted to purchase tickets for the Behemoth concert on November 9th. However, after selecting the band and location, I was redirected to choose the number of tickets. I bought two tickets, only to realize that they were for a San Francisco event, not in Indiana where I live. Despite contacting customer service, they were unhelpful and insisted I sell the tickets. This experience has left me in a financially unstable situation, especially since the company refused to provide a refund. Due to this disappointing experience, I will no longer support this business and will share my negative feedback on social media.

My spouse and I bought tickets for the LSU game on 10/20 through your platform. On the day of the game, we tried to purchase parking passes because I have mobility issues, but we didn't receive the email with the passes. When we contacted customer service, we found out the seller had physical passes and listed them on the game day. We couldn't buy them and were initially offered replacements, but then told there were no options except for a refund, which was not helpful for my situation. I'm frustrated because the seller shouldn't have been able to list physical tickets without a clear delivery method. It's unfair that we now have to pay triple the price elsewhere just to ensure I can park closer to the stadium. There should be stricter guidelines to prevent situations like this from happening, not only to protect buyers but also to avoid financial losses for your platform when low-priced options disappear unexpectedly.

Hello, my name is Shay Morgan. I'm currently at the Twenty One Pilots concert at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. A while back, I purchased two tickets on StubHub for this show. However, I encountered an issue tonight when I discovered that the tickets were linked to my brother's old high school email account, which he can no longer access. After trying unsuccessfully to retrieve the tickets, I had to purchase new ones on the spot for almost $[redacted]. My dad later managed to use the original tickets to get us into the concert, rendering the new ones unnecessary. I would really appreciate a refund for the unused tickets that I purchased in error. It would be a huge help, especially since I don't have that money available at the moment. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to assist me. Thank you.

I spoke with two different customer service representatives yesterday, October 29th, before 12 p.m. PST. I had purchased three tickets for the Fleetwood Mac concert that I posted on StubHub. Unfortunately, before I could address the issue with Ticketmaster, they changed one of the ticket barcodes. I immediately contacted StubHub and understood the penalty fee, which is 40% of the original sale price or the difference to replace the sale for the buyer. I requested to speak with a manager regarding a ticket replacement charge that was almost [redacted]% of the original ticket sale. Despite providing other comparable ticket prices, the agents seemed unwilling to assist further or transfer me to their supervisor as requested. It has been over 24 hours since I was promised a follow-up by a supervisor, but I have not received any communication. I do not wish to dispute this again with another agent, and I am prepared to share screenshots of actual comparable tickets I found. I only learned of the charges in the past 48 hours via email, and both emails claim the payment is overdue, which is confusing since this is my initial notification. I am frustrated by this unresolved $[redacted].70 issue and would appreciate a call tomorrow before 12 p.m. PST.

I sold three tickets through StubHub, and the website indicates that I am owed $[redacted]. However, the money is labeled as 'Unclaimed'. Despite spending over an hour on the phone with a technical support representative ten days ago, the issue remains unresolved. Initially, the recommendation was to transfer the funds to my PayPal account since my bank details were not accepted. After setting up my PayPal account as advised, I was promised the $[redacted] would be in my account within five days. Unfortunately, after ten days, the money is still 'Unclaimed' on the site, and I have not received it. I am requesting a wire transfer to my bank within 24 hours. If this is not done, I will take legal action against StubHub for deceptive practices. I am prepared to hold a news conference outside the Federal courthouse in Chicago to bring attention to this matter.

Greetings, In recent days, I have tried to publish an advertisement but, after it was published, within a few minutes, it was removed, and I received a message regarding security issues. Afterwards, I was unable to access my account, even after changing the password. I remember that during the attempt to publish the ad, possibly due to a technical issue with the network that seemed to be "intermittent", a white page appeared that kept reloading, until at some point the process stopped and a message warning of a possible spam attack appeared. Subsequently, I received the aforementioned email. Is it possible to understand what happened? Is it possible to restore my account and publish the ad (the event is approaching in a few days)? Best regards

I recently bought three tickets for a game, but upon checking my order, I realized the seats were located behind the camera with an obstructed view. The order screen only showed "row 1" without specific seat numbers, leading to this issue. I paid $[redacted] for these tickets, and had I known about the obstructed view, I would not have made the purchase. I've been a loyal customer on stubhub, and I expect transparency in ticket details. I am requesting a full refund so I can buy tickets that offer a clear view of the game. I plan to contact customer support multiple times a day until this matter is resolved, even though the game is not until November 10th.

I purchased hockey game tickets that couldn't be transferred once received via email. After a frustrating 1 hour and 8 minutes on the phone, the tickets couldn't be transferred, and I was given worse seats further back than my original ones. I was only given the choice of keeping these worse seats or receiving a refund for the inconvenience. This situation left me feeling that StubHub should have provided equal or better seats given the circumstances. StubHub cited the cost difference as the reason for not offering improved seats. I am extremely disappointed and believe that StubHub should have upheld their service by offering me better or, at the very least, equal seats to what I originally purchased. Spending over an hour on the phone for this outcome feels like unnecessary added frustration.
