I spoke with your knowledgeable and polite representative, Milo, on September 7, regarding my concerns about upgrading tickets for the buyer of my originally listed tickets. I would like to address an additional issue. I admit to initially entering the wrong barcode for one of the tickets in the four-ticket package. I accidentally submitted Seat 8, section 15, row 19, instead of Seat 13, section 7, row 47. Two StubHub representatives reached out to me about this mistake. I provided them with the necessary information they requested to resolve the issue. Despite fulfilling their requests before the agreed-upon barcode delivery date, I was still charged prematurely for replacement tickets. I request that all charges associated with this transaction be reversed.
Best, J. L.

Order [redacted]:
I recently spoke with your helpful representative, Milo, on September 7th, about my concerns regarding upgrading the tickets for the buyer of my original tickets. I made an error by submitting the wrong barcode for one of the tickets in the package.
I mistakenly provided Seat 8, Section 15, Row 19, instead of Seat 13, Section 7, Row 47. Two StubHub representatives contacted me about this issue. The second representative requested further information, which I promptly provided.
I believe that the charge for replacement tickets was premature, as I had already fulfilled the required conditions before the agreed date. I ask for all associated charges to be reversed.
Thank you,
Jeff Lane

Order [redacted]. I bought a parking pass for the Navy football game on September 8, [redacted]. I had reserved Admiral’s Row F Space 40, but upon arrival at 2:05 yesterday, I found it already occupied by a group of tailgaters. The attendants offered to look into the issue, but I declined to avoid any potential conflict. However, I noticed other spaces in the same row with names were vacant. I hope the seller can address why Space 40 was used and prevent a recurrence for the next home game. Thankfully, due to having a handicapped placard, I was assisted in finding a nearby handicapped spot instead. I trust the seller will notify the parkers nearby of the situation without causing any disturbance. Kindly confirm if the owner of the parking space has been informed about the incident.

I bought two tickets for the Nationals vs Cubs game, which was postponed due to a rain delay. I was unable to use my tickets for the rescheduled game the next day as I bought them from StubHub. The Nationals ticket counter refused to exchange them, claiming StubHub is not affiliated with the team. Despite StubHub being listed as an official partner on the Nationals website, they still wouldn't honor the tickets. I contacted StubHub customer service but received no help and missed the game. Even after being back home, I was told to exchange the tickets at the box office, which was unfeasible for me. The whole experience was mishandled, leaving me disappointed. As a Cubs season ticket holder, I believe I deserve better customer service and some form of compensation for this debacle. Thank you. - T.C.

On May 2nd, [redacted], I bought 4 tickets for "A Bronx Tale" for the 5/12/18 show, but accidentally selected tickets for the 5/2/18 show instead. Immediately noticing my mistake, I tried to contact StubHub by phone without success. I then emailed them at 2:17 p.m. explaining the error and received an automated response at 2:18 p.m. stating that emails were not monitored. Despite trying to resolve the issue through StubHub's Help Center and subsequently purchasing tickets for the correct date on May 3rd, KeyBank informed me they could not assist with reversing the charge as they deemed it to be not a merchant error.
I contacted StubHub again on July 16th with a formal complaint but have not received any response so far. If this matter is not resolved within the next two weeks, I will take legal action against StubHub and KeyBank for appropriate relief.
Sincerely,
Tom O'Connor

Hello,
I recently purchased Drake tickets for the Barclays Center show in Brooklyn, NY on August 31st through StubHub, Order #:[redacted]56, using my debit card totaling $[redacted].80. However, upon arriving at the venue with my friend, we were informed that the tickets we bought were invalid due to fraudulent activity. The box office directed us to contact StubHub Customer Service, where we spoke to a representative named Dominique. Despite the setbacks, Dominique assisted us by providing new tickets and guiding us through the process, ensuring we could still attend the show. Unfortunately, the ordeal caused us to miss a portion of the performance and left us feeling disappointed. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases from StubHub, as the incident contradicted the assurance of entry and "Fan Protection" promoted on the website.

Hello,
My name is Matthew F. Last night, I bought a ticket for the Childish Gambino Concert with Rae Sremmurd at Madison Square Garden through Stubhub. It was my first time using the platform.
After the purchase, I did not receive any confirmation email or receipt, which was concerning as the site had promised an immediate ticket download. This led me to purchase an additional ticket, mistakenly ending up with two tickets for different days.
Upon realizing my error, I found that I had received a confirmation for the first ticket later in the night at 1:30 am. I intend to use the Saturday ticket but accidentally bought a second one for Friday's show.
I spoke with two Stubhub representatives, and the second one agreed to waive the fee and help resell the extra ticket. However, I only received $[redacted].90, not the full amount as initially promised. The ticket was also not resold at the price I expected.
I am disappointed by this experience and would like a resolution for the refund issue.
Thank you,
Matthew

On September 8th, I purchased tickets for the LSU vs Auburn game. On the day of the game, while driving to Auburn, I realized my tickets were not available. I contacted StubHub to resolve the issue. Although I found different seats, they were $80 cheaper than the original ones. Unfortunately, I was informed that the excess money would stay in my StubHub account for future purchases, not refunded to my debit card. I had already paid for the previous tickets and had to spend 45 minutes on the phone while driving to secure last-minute tickets at a different price. I request that the surplus amount from the second set of tickets be returned to my debit card.

I purchased two tickets for a Drake concert at the Pepsi Center in Denver, CO, scheduled for July 28th, [redacted]. I sold the tickets for $[redacted] in June.
Today, the event got canceled, and I got an email from StubHub saying they would charge my account $[redacted], the amount I sold the tickets for. However, I have not received any emails about a refund for my original ticket purchase. It seems unfair for StubHub to charge me when those funds are no longer in my account.
If StubHub needs to recover the amount from the sold tickets, it should come from the refund of my original purchase, which was more than what I sold the tickets for. The account associated with these transactions is under the email [redacted]

I am disappointed in Stubhub for the first time. I have been a loyal customer for years and this is my first complaint. I bought 3 tickets for yesterday's Yankees game at 1pm. The game got rescheduled to 7pm and I couldn’t make it due to work. The Yankees allowed ticket holders to attend any remaining regular season home game. When I contacted Stubhub, they advised trying to sell the tickets for the rescheduled game at a reduced price. Unfortunately, the tickets didn't sell, leaving me with nothing. I planned to use my other tickets for this Saturday's game against Baltimore. I always held Stubhub in high regard and recommended them, but this experience has let me down.

I'm Brittany Sabo and I purchased tickets for the New England Patriots versus Detroit Lions game (Order number: [redacted]01). Upon noticing the significantly low price, I contacted customer service to confirm the validity, as advertised as [redacted]% guaranteed on the app. Unfortunately, I was informed that it was a system error and my tickets are not valid. Although I understand the pricing mistake, I am disappointed because had I not checked, I might have been denied entry at the stadium. It feels unfair to be penalized for verifying the tickets. As a dedicated Stubhub patron, this incident has greatly upset me, making me uncertain about using the platform in the future. The promise of a refund in 2-5 business days does little to rectify the situation as the essence of purchasing tickets is lost. Customers should not bear the consequences of technical glitches beyond their control.

I utilized StubHub to sell concert tickets. I followed all the procedures by sending the tickets via UPS. UPS has stated they did not receive my package, resulting in the buyer not getting the tickets. I believe UPS is at fault for the loss or theft of my package. StubHub is now requesting $[redacted] from me to replace the tickets for the buyer. It seems unfair that I should be held responsible for this cost as it was beyond my control. I had no motive to withhold the tickets from the buyer; in reality, I suffered a loss as I did not receive payment for them. This situation is particularly difficult for me as a struggling student, as I cannot afford to cover these expenses for something that was not my fault.

I used StubHub to sell concert tickets. I sent the tickets via UPS but they claim they never received my package. Consequently, the buyer didn't receive the tickets. I refuse to pay for replacement tickets as it was out of my control. I don't understand why I'm being held responsible when I had nothing to gain from this situation. As a struggling student, I can't afford to pay $[redacted] for something that wasn't my fault. I simply want StubHub to drop these charges against me. I accepted the loss of not getting paid for the tickets, but now I'm being asked to pay. UPS should be accountable for losing or stealing the package, not me. It is unjust to burden me with additional charges for an issue that was beyond my control.

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service I received after purchasing concert tickets on StubHub. The order number for my 4 tickets is #[redacted]37. Immediately after buying them, I noticed the seat numbers were listed as [redacted]-[redacted], which are not valid for that venue. After contacting StubHub, the seller admitted the error with the seat numbers and price. I was assured multiple times that I would receive replacement tickets at no extra cost. However, when I called today, I was told the replacement tickets were too expensive to provide. It seems unfair that the seller faces no consequences while I am left feeling deceived. I own homes in Houston and Los Angeles and intend to alert local news stations about this experience. Additionally, as someone who sells many MLB tickets, I will no longer be using StubHub for my ticket sales.

Subject: Ticket Listing Issue - StubHub
Dear StubHub,
I recently sold a pair of Winnipeg Jets game tickets, but encountered an issue with the ticket listing. My tickets are for Section [redacted], Row 7, but when the listing was created, it defaulted to listing them in Section [redacted] Loge, resulting in a lost sale and a penalty of $36. Even after relisting the tickets correctly, I still faced challenges. The mislabeling caused confusion for buyers, impacting my ability to sell them at the right price. I believe that the penalty and the commission I now have to pay are unfair, especially considering I accurately listed the tickets. It would be appreciated if you could modify the default settings to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Sincerely,
Larry Wannan

I bought two tickets for a Turkish soccer/football league game on September 24th with reference number: 5R2M66051E64.
I am requesting a refund for a couple of reasons:
1. I never received the tickets for the event.
2. I have been in contact with customer service for 24 hours leading up to the match, and all they keep telling me is to "wait a few hours for someone to contact me." Even with the event starting in 30 minutes, the agent's response was still to wait. I have spent hours trying to speak to agents to resolve the issue of acquiring my ticket, only to receive unsatisfactory responses from them.
Please advise on the next steps to secure a refund.
Best regards,
B.

To whom it may concern,
I am contacting you because I have tried numerous times to resolve an issue regarding tickets I purchased for the upcoming Thomas Rhett concert in Charleston, WV. In December [redacted], I bought two tickets for the concert on 9/28 this year. Recently, I was contacted by Scott White from Stubhub, who said the venue had changed and offered me different tickets, which I accepted based on his recommendation. However, I later discovered that the new tickets were in a worse location and were double the price of my original seats.
After failing to print my tickets on the Stubhub app on 9/23, I reached out to Mr. White to discuss the situation, and he was unhelpful. Subsequent interactions with customer service have not provided a satisfactory resolution. I called today and was told I could only resell the tickets, despite previous assurances of a possible refund.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I am requesting better seats or a refund to purchase tickets elsewhere. I am open to discussing options but would like to be contacted to confirm any decision before any action is taken.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Sherri G.

On September 19, [redacted], I bought 2 concert tickets at 11 am and got a confirmation email. I needed them sent to a different address, so I called in. The agent I spoke with repeated all my details back to me, including the credit card number and security code. Not long after, I received another email thanking me for buying Cleveland Indian downloadable tickets for a game that evening. I contacted StubHub right away to report the unauthorized purchase, and my account was frozen. They said the security team would investigate and get back to me in 72 hours, but I never heard back. Despite calling multiple times, I still have not received a response. I am concerned about the agent repeating my credit card information and then it being used for another purchase so quickly, likely by someone close by. I have already contacted my credit card company to cancel the card, but I am still seeking a resolution from StubHub. My order number is [redacted]38.

I am Soomble Hayat, and I am facing an issue with selling a ticket on StubHub. I sold a ticket for a BTS concert on 9/28 for $[redacted], but the payment was canceled without my knowledge. It turned out my younger sister, who is only 15, used my account to try to attend the concert. I received an email stating that I owe $[redacted] and an additional $[redacted], which I did not authorize. The ticket became unusable, and I am struggling to find assistance in resolving this matter. I kindly request not to be charged as a one-time exception, as I believe this situation is unjust since it was not my mistake. Thank you for your understanding.

Order # [redacted]85
I attended the Nebraska vs. Purdue event on Saturday, Sept. 29, [redacted]. The tickets I purchased were not supposed to have any obstructed view. When I bought the tickets, the filters I used guaranteed an unobstructed view, and the price I paid reflected that. However, both seats ended up being directly behind a large pole that blocked over 30 percent of our view. We paid $[redacted].02 for tickets that were actually priced at $57 each, and there were other unobstructed seats available for a lower price. I have a picture of the blocked view to show. I kindly request a refund of $[redacted]. Thank you.
